Who can attend?

Campers must be age 13 by the last day of camp. Campers can attend until they are 18 or the summer after they graduate high school

What does a camper registration cost?

Regular Registration- $295 until December 15th

When does registration close?

Registration closes December 15th, 2024.

Do you offer discounts?

No we do not have any discounts at this time.

If I cancel my registration can I get a refund?

No shows or cancellations within 14 days of event are not eligible for refunds. Any sooner and you can email us & will offer refunds according to our refund policy as found on our website.

How much spending money should my camper bring?

It’s up to them! Although all three meals are provided each day plus snacks, they can bring money for buying additional snacks, camp T-shirts, or souvenirs from the gift shop.

What should my camper pack?

Take a look at our ‘What to Bring List’ above.

Are campers allowed to keep their cell phones?

No, we have campers turn in their phones at check or leave them with their parents upon arrival.

Can campers request roommates?

Campers will stay in a dorm with the same gender and can select who they want to bunk near.

Can I fly to Texas for camp?

Yes you can fly into either DFW or Dallas Love

Do you provide transportation from the airports?

If you plan to fly into camp we ask that you fly in before 1 pm on Friday, January 17th, and fly out after 3 pm on Monday, January 20th, if you need transportation from us. There will be a shuttle fee of $15 for pick up and a $15 fee for drop off.
