For staff:
Staff are vital to creating and maintaining a sacred set apart atmosphere for the event, therefore Messiah Texas will hold to the following standards for staff:
1) It is the goal of Messiah Texas to have all staff arrive an hour before participant check in opens and be prepared to stay an hour past the participant dismissal time.
2) Staff must ask for a late arrival prior to the event. If approved by the event team, staff may arrive as late as the beginning of the first worship service of the first day. No discount will be given.
3) Staff must ask for an early dismissal prior to the event. If approved by the event team, staff may leave as early as the ending of the final discussion group on the last full day of the event. No discount will be given.
4) Staff may ask for one in and out from the event, prior to the event. However, this must be during free time. If approved or denied by the event lead team, the staff will be notified prior to the event.
5) The need for this should be very limited as we have a runner at our events.
6) Extenuating circumstances may be presented to lead team in advance and will be up to the discretion of that lead team.
